The client is responsible for initiating all scheduled calls by calling the Coach at the phone number designated for all scheduled meetings. If the Coach will be at any other number for a scheduled call, the Client will be notified prior to the scheduled appointment time. For sessions held through a virtual console (i.e. Zoom, Free Conference), both Client and Coach will access the virtual platform at a time that supports initiating the virtual session at the scheduled time (initial sessions may require additional set-up times for new clients accessing the virtual application for the first time) time by the coach or client.
Your privacy is a non-negotiable priority. Any information entered by visitors to this site will only be used to process requests (i.e., schedule appointments, purchase products/services). Personal information will only be used to process transactions and is not shared with any entity. Payment information is only processed by authorized credit card companies and is never stored by Following The Leader. Customer information will never be sold or shared with an external entity. If customers choose to opt-in to our mailing list to receive updates and information about products and services, they may cancel subscriptions at any time. Data collected for the mailing list only includes the name and email address.
The only client information collected and retained by Following The Leader includes the client name, email address, phone number, and dates of service. This information is only requested and used to provide services directly to the client. All session notes are shredded and deleted after the completion of the last session of the coaching agreement.
Nobody ever wants a refund, right?. All agreements and subscriptions may be canceled at any time by the coach or client. Coaching is non-refundable. In special cases where natural disasters are involved clients may utilize pre-paid coaching sessions later. Coaching sessions do not expire. Coaching sessions are not transferable.
